Le candidat idéal doit analyser et développer des stratégies innovantes pour améliorer la gestion des talents. Les responsabilités incluent soutenir les établissements dans la mise en œuvre des stratégies de planification et collaborer avec des partenaires divers. Des déplacements occasionnels dans la province sont requis et un télétravail est possible.
