We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operation of our new Head Office in Watford, alongside two additional Eurovia offices in Thurrock and Horsham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile, multi-site portfolio, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment across all locations.

• Lead the day-to-day facilities management of three office locations (Watford, Thurrock, Horsham)
• Manage and develop a small on-site team of 3 direct reports
• Oversee services including post room operations, cleaning, and specialist subcontractors
• Manage a facilities budget of approximately £1 million, ensuring value for money and cost control
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all sites

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or Building Manager within a corporate environment
• Strong experience managing in-house teams (e.g. post room, cleaning staff) and external contractors
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets (ideally £500k+)
• Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively
