ACCEPTING CANDIDATES IN CT, FL, GA, IA, MA, MD, NC, OH, RI, SC, TN Primacy is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to our dynamic and collaborative PM team. The ideal candidate brings digital agency experience with a mastery in managing the execution of web development projects from conception through delivery, including resource management, scheduling, budget tracking, and development of project plans.
The Senior Project Manager must manage all factors that determine project success to ensure delivery within time, cost and quality parameters. They are responsible for ensuring cross functional teams are aligned on project objectives as well as leading the internal team to a successful project completion.
This role requires strong leadership to work collaboratively with every department – including strategy, design and experience, technology, and data. Success comes via strong overall technical and web development knowledge, experience with various technical platforms and software with a strong background in web project management. In this role, you will focus on projects that have a digital output, such as website design & development, and application development.

- Manage the execution of web development projects from conception through delivery, including resource management, scheduling, budget tracking, and development of project plans
- Drive growth strategy, execution, and optimization for clients during digitally-centric project work
- Develop and maintain multiple project plans, including deliverables, key milestones, timelines, and schedules
- Guide projects from inception to completion by facilitating team productivity across all disciplines - using a full scope and breadth of user interaction, design, content, development and production of project towards achievement of goal
- Build the project team to ensure maximum performance.
- Provides purpose, direction and motivation to internal project team.
- Clarifies and communicates project objectives and success criteria.
- Pro‑active mindset leveraging project management best practices to identify and mitigate project risk.
- Responsible for successful project delivery
- Manage peer‑level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).
- Act as day to day project management contact for the client
- Consult with web project team to plan, estimate, and manage budget targets to achieve overall goal of on budget delivery
- Adopt and promote processes and tools that will increase project efficiency amount the broader organization

Compensation Range:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $90,000- $120,000 annually, with potential for bonuses, stock and additional benefits.
