• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, with at least 5 years in personal lines P&C insurance
• Proven experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree or relevant designations (CPCU or Actuarial)
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
• Strong understanding of change management concepts and practices
• Willingness to engage in cross-functional projects and initiatives
