We're on the hunt for a Licensed Condominium Manager (Community Manager) to join our Calgary team. If you have a knack for organization, love working with people, and want to make a real impact in the communities you manage—keep reading!

In this role, you'll take the lead on a portfolio of condominiums right here in Calgary. You'll be the friendly, go-to expert for board members, owners, and contractors—making sure everything runs smoothly and in line with our management agreements. You will be responsible for relationship management with our clients, and advise the condominium corporations on the operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.

Ideal Candidate
  • You are a licensed Condominium Manager in Calgary, Alberta
  • You have great communication and organization skills
  • You are a natural when it comes to customer service and relationship‑building
  • You enjoy working in a team, but you are also confident making decisions independently

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations for your assigned portfolio—ensuring everything from maintenance to communications is on point
  • Manage contracts, monitor performance, and make sure our high standards are met (and exceeded!)
  • Build strong relationships with board members, owners, tenants, and contractors—you're the friendly face of our service
  • Take care of budgets and keep spending on track—because financial stewardship matters
  • Support and supervise any site staff at your properties
  • Offer helpful guidance on legislation and compliance—so our communities stay informed and protected
  • Identify ways we can make our properties even better through improvements and innovation
  • Promote and use our in‑house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork
Requirements
  • You have at least two years of experience in condominium management—you know the ropes and are ready to take ownership of your portfolio
  • You have worked with maintenance and mechanical projects, or subcontracted services before—that's a bonus!
  • You hold a valid Condominium Management Associate license through RECA
  • You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, and you are eager to learn new tools
  • You understand the ins and outs of budgets, administration, and accounting processes
  • You are organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage your time and responsibilities like a pro
  • You have a good working knowledge of The Real Estate Act and are familiar with condominium bylaws
  • Your communication skills—written and verbal—are strong and professional
  • You take pride in excellent customer service and know how to build strong, trusting client relationships
  • You have a valid Driver's License, a clean Driver's Abstract, and your own reliable vehicle
