about the jobThe role involves conducting regular internal control testing to identify process improvements and evaluating operational effectiveness. This includes enforcing business unit risk governance processes and compliance monitoring, establishing risk visibility, and cultivating a resilience culture through awareness materials and training programs. Additionally, the role aims to strengthen business unit resiliency capabilities through exercises and training, ultimately enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
skills and experience requiredYou should ideally be Degree qualified from a reputable university. Prior experience in the Big 4 Risk team or commercial experience in a similar role is ideal. Alternatively, you may also be from the Big 4 External Audit team with a keen interest to work in the Risk team. Company is ATO accredited, generous days of AL and is on a hybrid work arrangement - 4 days work in office, 1 day work from home.
