Team Lead – Technical Asset Management | Berlin / Hamburg

We are looking for a Team Lead Technical Asset Management to join a forward-looking renewable energy company driving the green energy transition. This is a key leadership role, overseeing a growing portfolio of onshore wind farms and ensuring operational excellence across the fleet.

• Lead and mentor the technical asset management team, building structures and processes to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements within the portfolio management strategy.
• Optimize fleet availability and portfolio reporting, driving consistency and transparency.
• Coordinate and oversee external service providers and harmonize contracts.
• Implement digitalization initiatives to improve data collection, analysis, and condition monitoring.
• Support onboarding of new assets, including acquisitions and repowering projects.

• Degree in renewable energy, engineering, technology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in onshore wind energy and technical asset management.
• Strong leadership experience with a track record of building or structuring teams.
• Enthusiasm for renewable energy and a clear commitment to the energy transition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent approach to work.
• Fluent German (spoken and written) and confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
