We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from planning to completion. The role emphasizes safety and client satisfaction and involves direct liaison with clients and internal departments.

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closeout.
• Manage job budgets and actively oversee cash flow and project profitability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments.
• Coordinate technical requirements and deliverables between teams.
• Negotiate change orders and expanded job scopes with clients.
• Assign job tasks and coordinate third-party subcontractors.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety as a personal core value.
• Interface with accounting on paperwork and project financials.
• Perform special projects as requested by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in electrical project management, particularly with industrial control systems.
• Highly proficient in MS Business Central, Word, Project, Excel, Outlook.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work safely and contribute to a safety-focused team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• A highly energetic self-starter who can manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated commitment to honesty and reliability.
