Project Manager - Waterloop; f​/m​/x

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our team to lead our primarily national but also international projects with a focus on Waterloop systems. In this role, you will manage demanding projects from customer care to completion planning, ensuring efficient and sustainable refrigeration systems.
Europe / USA

• Leadership and coordination of Waterloop projects for refrigeration systems from planning to handover.
• Close collaboration with international customers – consulting, offer preparation, and project controlling.
• Optimization of processes and integration of sustainable technologies.
• Team leadership (approx. 5–10 employees) and interface to sales, engineering, and suppliers.

• Completed commercial-technical education (e.g., engineering, business administration, or similar).
• Several years of experience in project management with confident handling of large-scale projects.
• Certifications in project management such as PRINCE2, PMI, or similar are advantageous.
• Analytical thinking, commercial expertise, willingness to travel, and very good German and English skills.
• Teamwork skills, customer-oriented action, and technical understanding for innovative solutions.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to make quick decisions in dynamic environments.
• Persuasive and resilient, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including those resistant to change.
