Project Manager - US Remote; US Region

• Lead and manage complex public safety solution deployments for Computer-Aided Dispatch, Mobile Computing, Records Management, and Jail Management
• Oversee project teams across various public safety jurisdictions, providing leadership and support
• Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, and communication plans
• Drive strategic relationships and resolve issues between internal and external teams
• Create and present project status reports and results, while identifying process improvements

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Project Management or Business Operations
• Experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related areas
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with public safety applications (CAD/Mobile/Records/Jail)
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Proven track record in managing project budgets and schedules
• Experience in customer negotiations and contract evaluations
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
