Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds high-performing teams, and is obsessed with operational excellence? Cloud Kitchens is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee 5–8 facilities within our CSS region. In this critical role, you’ll lead a team of Associate Operations Managers, optimize end-to-end processes, and ensure a seamless experience for our customers and partners.
What You’ll Do- Regional Operations Manager — oversee day-to-day operations of 8 Cloud Kitchens facilities within your region, ensuring consistent performance and high standards.
- Lead high-performing teams — hire, train, and coach hourly staff and salaried site-level managers to execute flawlessly and grow professionally.
- Optimize fulfillment and operations processes — continuously improve order fulfillment service with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain operational discipline — own the P&L for your region, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive financial performance.
- Driving customer success —
- Support onboarding of new customers
- Resolve operational support issues on-site
- Partner with sales to backfill vacant kitchens
- Build strong relationships with 3PL partners
- Stakeholder communication — collaborate cross-functionally to shape product roadmaps, close feedback loops, and escalate/resolve issues effectively.
- Ensuring compliance & safety — maintain all facility permits, licenses, and compliance with food safety and building standards.
We’re looking for someone who embodies these core competencies:
- Strategic problem solver — great at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing solutions, and making smart decisions under pressure.
- Process builder / manager — designs scalable solutions and uses data to drive ongoing improvement and performance.
- Real-time operations leader — stays calm under pressure and acts fast when the unexpected happens.
- People manager — employee-obsessed, capable of inspiring, developing, and leading teams in an operational environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, facilities management, and hospitality is ideal
- Experience managing frontline teams, preferably in multi-site environments
- Proven ability to own KPIs and drive measurable improvements
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be on-site regularly
- Knowledge of P&L management and compliance practices is a plus
- Demand for online food delivery is growing rapidly. In the last 5 years, the US market expanded from $10B to $100B and could reach $500B–$1T by 2030.

Job Type: Full-time
The base salary for this role starts at: USD $90,000
