Job Description
Our Global Franchise Support team provides the foundation to regional expansion through 3rd party partners and ensures our Brand presence is Globally consistent, but locally relevant across the world. This role will focus on supporting our Account Manager in the daily operations of overseeing and managing a Territory Partner. This person will also assist in driving process evolution to ensure sustainable growth potential in this channel and establishing consistency through training and tools.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?- Support the Account Manager in leading the coordination of all aspects of the Franchise partner(s) relationship.
- Regularly review performance metrics and revenue forecast within channel in collaboration with Franchisee(s), finance and regional team.
- Problem solve with the Account Manager to address Franchise partner concerns promptly and work collaboratively to find solutions.
- Assist in managing complex strategies across multiple internal and external teams. Building trust with internal and external partners will be key.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset when partnering cross‑functionally and engaging with the franchisee.
- Drive process evolution as needed to ensure sustainable growth across total channel.
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- 2+ years prior experience working in relevant industry roles.
- Understanding of retail product development timeline/calendar.
- Experience working well in a cross‑functional team environment as well as with external partnerships.
- Strong communication skills, including comfort in presenting.
- Motivated by business profitability and prospect of business growth.
- Organizational skills & ability to manage many simultaneous work streams.
- Curiosity & eagerness to creatively solve problems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – esp. Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
- Desire to learn & hunger for more!
