• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of related work experience, including 5+ years in the personal lines property and casualty insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management, analytical roles, or related functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations
• Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience in mentoring and coaching junior team members
• Commitment to shaping company culture through involvement in employee resource groups and cross‑functional projects
• High‑level knowledge and proficiency in change management concepts and practices
