• Lead and manage the deployment of complex public safety solutions including Computer‑Aided Dispatch and Records Management Systems
• Oversee the work activities of the project team across various organizational boundaries
• Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, and communication plans with stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans throughout project phases
• Provide regular project status reports and collaborate with the Project Management Office on process improvements

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Operations, IT, or related fields
• Experience in project management or program management within a technology or operational setting
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience working with public safety applications or in government‑related projects
• Demonstrated success in managing large‑scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with risk assessment and management methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Previous experience in customer negotiations and contract evaluations
