Project Manager - US Remote; US Region

• Lead and manage the deployment of complex public safety solutions including Computer-Aided Dispatch and Records Management Systems
• Oversee a team of individual contributors, providing leadership, guidance, and support throughout all project phases
• Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, and communication plans with project teams and customers
• Drive strategic relationships between internal and external teams, resolving issues as they arise
• Create, distribute, and present various project status reports and results to stakeholders

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in Project Management, Program Management, or related fields
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
• Proven experience in managing large-scale public safety application projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills across organizational boundaries
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in public safety technology or solutions
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation plans
• Previous involvement in pre-contract evaluation and customer negotiations
• Knowledge of project management best practices and process improvement
• Strong understanding of financial management related to project budgets
