Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance across all functions.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Champion a customer‑centric culture within the Business Unit.

Lead efforts to enhance customer service.

Guide the development and enhancement of products, collaborating with engineering teams.

Manage the Business Unit’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
