• Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and development
• Drive strategic initiatives and represent the Event Experience team in client and internal meetings
• Establish and maintain financial standards for event managers, ensuring fiscal accountability
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs for team members
• Build strong client relationships to ensure successful event execution and repeat business

• College degree or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of experience in the meeting industry
• At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing direct reports
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex events with 1,000-8,000 attendees
• Strong client communication and consulting skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

• Familiarity with Cvent and other event management software
• Experience in high-end incentives and creative experiential elements
• Background in strategy development and implementation
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and resources effectively
• Experience working in a virtual office environment
