Join our dynamic team as the Personal Lines Team Leader/Supervisor, where you will not only take on Account Manager responsibilities but also inspire and guide a passionate group of Account Managers! You will be the go-to contact for all Personal Lines inquiries within your assigned branch location(s), making a real impact every day.

This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely. Because we value in‑person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable traveling distance to one of our VT or NH locations.

• Collaborate closely with the Department Manager and fellow Team Leaders to set and achieve ambitious Personal Lines goals and objectives.
• Embrace and champion the Department vision, effectively communicating and driving results at the branch level.
• Create an uplifting environment that empowers the team to thrive and succeed.
• Take charge of day-to-day operations within your branch, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Bring your expertise to the table with a deep understanding of the current products and services offered by various insurance companies.
• Receive, document, and process all client service requests, ensuring that this vital information gets submitted efficiently.

• At least 5 years of prior industry experience
• An active Property & Casualty License
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
• A team-oriented mindset and high level of self‑motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
• Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system

$65,000—$75,000 USD
