With an ambitious year ahead, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our internal operations backbone.
What we’re looking forWe are looking for an operationally driven Operations & Workplace Manager to take ownership of Yellow Fish’s internal operations and Brighton HQ workplace.
Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will maintain the systems, standards and environment that allow the business to operate confidently and efficiently.
This role suits someone who enjoys being the operational backbone of a fast-moving creative agency.
What you’ll be doing- Leading the day‑to‑day running of our Brighton HQ
- Acting as the central operational hub for the office
- Coordinating our external IT provider and overseeing system access
- Maintaining Information Security documentation and compliance processes
- Supporting delivery of our Environmental Management System and B Corp commitments
- Acting as Health & Safety lead across office and remote working
- Supporting recruitment logistics and core HR administration
- Coordinating internal culture moments, staff days and charity initiatives
- 3+ years’ experience in office management, operations or internal governance roles
- Confidence managing external suppliers, particularly IT
- Experience supporting compliance, audit or sustainability processes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable owning systems and holding people accountable
- Calm under pressure and able to prioritise effectively
- Values‑driven and motivated by creating a positive workplace environment
