This position is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 2‑3 days per week at our Bourne office, London, UK. or enterprise wide. As a senior member of the team, you will also take active leadership in defining and evolving the development and building of critical transformation capabilities for the successful execution of Astellas’ transformation agenda.

• Working with the Transformation Managing Principal, to identify and scope transformation opportunities that contribute to the delivery of our Corporate Strategic goals.
• Leading one or more strategic initiatives within a CxO Function or enterprise wide as needed.
• Responsible for providing local leadership to local team members as well as ensuring hiring and sustainable talent supply and development within location.
• Leading and manage all resources involved in the strategic initiatives (internal and external).
• Taking active leadership in the development and building of one or more transformation capabilities within the Transformation Office.
• Contributing to the Transformation Office strategy development and execution.

• Skilled in developing and executing the operating model design and implementation strategies and plans to drive successful GBS transformation.
• Extensive project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets.
• Extensive change management skills and experience, consistent past delivery of varied types of projects in relevant areas of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Proven experience in driving change and managing resistance within an organization.
• Extensive experience in transformational leadership with a proven track record of leading global transformational change initiatives within complex organizations.
• Equivalent experience of a Consulting Director of a management consulting organisation.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
