In this strategic role, you will drive transformation and execution in the realms of Regulatory and Clinical Development. By owning and executing program and portfolio management strategies, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence across clinical programs.

- Own and execute program and portfolio management strategy across the development organization.
- Serve as primary cross-functional integrator, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
- Partner with Development Therapeutic Area VPs and leaders to advance strategic priorities.
- Design and implement the development governance model in alignment with the parent organization.
- Establish decision-making frameworks and executive visibility into risks and outcomes.
- Lead governance meetings, ensuring alignment with company processes.
- Collaborate with Tech Ops to develop and execute project strategies.
- Identify and resolve risks, conflicts, and misalignments across departments.
- Oversee program timelines and delivery of key milestones.
- Manage trade-offs, escalating issues to senior leadership when necessary.
- Establish scalable systems and best practices for program management.
- Monitor program performance and intervene as needed.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of proven experience in biotech / pharma project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with budget ownership experience.
- Expertise in governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable about lab-engineered analogs highly preferred.
- Base compensation range of $181,670 to $317,920.
- Eligibility for company bonus based on performance.
