This is a full-time on-site PMO Manager role located in the Riyadh Region. The PMO Manager will oversee project portfolio management, ensuring efficient execution of projects that align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include implementing project management standards, coordinating with key stakeholders, optimizing business processes, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role requires driving strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Program Management and Project Management, including the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Improvement and Resource Management to optimize efficiency and team performance.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management for overseeing multiple projects and aligning them with organizational priorities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and methodologies for project and resource management.
- Experience in the technology or HR services industries is a plus.
