The ProjectThis is an opportunity to work on a large luxury-use development in KSA. Mace is providing project management consultancy services.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Lead Project Controls performance across commissions.
- Design and implement PMO and Controls frameworks.
- Direct clients, consultants, contractors and teams.
- Build strong client partnerships and trust.
- Provide expert advice on cost, schedule, risk and reporting.
- Drive governance, reporting and performance meetings.
- Manage baselines, delivery performance and change control.
- Champion net zero carbon transition in delivery.
- 10+ years’ sector experience, 5+ in similar role.
- Professional membership or equivalent development.
- Proven delivery on mega/giga projects with Power
BI and SQL expertise. - Strong leadership, commercial acumen, sustainability focus, and remote working flexibility.
