We are seeking a proactive leader who can drive improvement, implement strategies, and lead by example. The ideal candidate will:
- Lead and manage agency operations, including conducting reviews, resolving conflicts, hiring, and training staff
- Manage agency software systems, with proficiency in Epic and the ability to coordinate training and accountability
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Possess a BA degree, a 2-20 license, or equivalent
- Have at least 10 years of experience on the agency side and 5 years in a leadership role
- Collaborate closely with producers and insurance company representatives
- Act as a key advisor to the ownership group in policy development and implementation
This position is primarily in-office, with flexibility for remote work as needed.
