Your New Role As
Vice President, Fund Accounting – Private Assets, you’ll lead a team delivering fund accounting services forplex private equity structures. You’ll oversee operations, manage client relationships, and drive strategic initiatives to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of managers and staff

Oversee NAV calculations, financial reporting, and investor allocations

Ensurepliance with internal controls and regulatory standards

Manage client relationships and coordinate external audits

Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding, reporting, and process improvements

Support strategic projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement

This is a newly created role due to growth, with a clear path to SVP and EVP
positions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, and a professional designation (CPA, CFA, CA, etc.) is preferred, not required

8+ years of experience in public/private equity fund accounting

Proven leadership experience in a VP or equivalent role, leading a team of 15-20+

Strong understanding of private equity structures, waterfall calculations, and US GAAP

Excellent project management,munication, and interpersonal skills

Experience with FIS Investran is a strong asset
