Lead and develop store associates including recruiting, coaching, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.;
Ensure safety and health of pets in care; supervise proper processes and daily tasks; coordinate staffing for experience activities.;
Manage the pet parent experience including reservations, services (salon, training, hotel, day camp), live pet sales and adoptions; handle escalated concerns.;
Oversee store events, marketing, standards, and compliance with policies; conduct monthly Services Walks.;
Manage store P&L and expenses; drive sales and shrink targets; collaborate with home office for work orders and scheduling; optimize productivity.
