• Support clients on planning matters, access, rights of way, and diversification
• Assist with estate and rural property management across a varied client base
• Conduct valuations and other professional rural consultancy work
• Contribute to strategic planning and provide tailored client advice
• Maintain accurate property records and support regulatory compliance

• MRICS qualified or working towards (APC support provided)
• Registered Valuer status is highly desirable
• Prior experience in a rural consultancy or estate management setting
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
