Our client, a growing discretionary portfolio management firm, is seeking a Portfolio Manager – Client Relationship Manager to join their client-facing team in Downtown Toronto, ON. This role focuses on onboarding new clients, managing relationships, and supporting business development, all while delivering high-touch client experience. Permanent Opportunity!

Responsibilities

• Support prospect meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
• Lead client onboarding, coordinating documentation and compliance requirements
• Manage ongoing client relationships and deliver high-touch service
• Partner with portfolio managers and internal teams to enhance client experience

Qualifications

• CFA Level I or CIM designation required; registered (or eligible) as a Portfolio Manager
• 5+ years in wealth management, portfolio management, or client relationship management
• Strong knowledge of discretionary portfolios, investment products, and Canadian regulations
• Experience with high-net-worth clients, managing multiple relationships, and fast‑paced environments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset
