Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Supervisor, based in Gloucester, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and manage a team to execute projects effectively. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring work schedules, managing resources, and maintaining strong communication with clients and team members. The role also involves regular reporting, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee operations and motivate staff.
  • Strong organizational and planning capabilities to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and resources.
  • Knowledge of highways maintenance and infrastructure services, including regulations and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills for client interaction, team guidance, and reporting purposes.
  • Problem‑solving abilities to address challenges and implement practical solutions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with health and safety standards in a working environment.
  • Industry experience in highways or infrastructure maintenance is beneficial.
  • Applicable qualifications in engineering, construction management, or a related field are preferred.
