Semi Hybrid Mode (4days work from office) and (1 day work from home (either Monday or Wednesday or Friday)) in a week
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Project Manager eCommerce leads projects from start to end by overseeing all aspects of projects within the Commercial Department and is making an impact on driving digital transformations. He/She sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarized progress of his/her projects, and coordinates with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. He/She aligns with the Manager Commercial Projects as well as Lead PO regarding project progress and impediments on a weekly base and escalates when projects fall behind on schedule.
TASKS
• Coordinating and being responsible for the follow up of (technical) projects
• Managing the complete project lifecycle, from conception through implementation to conclusion
• Take lead in and ownership of projects related to, but not limited to Product Content, Sales Channels (Webshop, Dropshipping, 3rd Party Channels), Order Processing and/or Customer Service and Experience.
• Research and prepare business cases for initial projects by identifying new opportunities and supporting in strategic thinking with the involved stakeholders.
• Conduct market-research in available tools if a new feature is desired and/or how competitors do this
• Defining concrete deliverables and intermediate steps, creating the project timetable and evaluate the necessary resources for the realisation of the project
• Align with Product Owners on development resources needed
• Keep control and overview on progress and status of ongoing projects
• Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on project progress to management and stakeholders
• Deadlines are sacred to you. You ensure that, together with the project team, you achieve the agreed deliverables within time and budget and with acceptable risks.
• Analyze impact and share regular reports on projects
• After projects are implemented, reflecting the expected business value vs. real business value
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant work experience within the field of eCommerce
• Proven track record in managing e-commerce or CRM projects or marketing implementations.
• Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software
• You have a passion for digital transformation and implementations
• You have a strong functional- and technical background.
Experience with eCommerce technology stacks, product content technology stacks, middleware constructions, integration technology or feed management tools is a big plus (e.g. SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, Salsify, ESB, Couchbase, Cloudinary, Zendesk, SAP, etc.)
• Agile methodology has no surprises for you
• Certification in Agile Project Management (Foundation & Practitioner) and/or PMP certification
