fast-growing boutique life sciences consultancy is building its presence in Switzerland and is hiring a
Manager to join a small, high-performing local team. This is a
high-ownership role with significant client exposure and the chance to help shape a growing Swiss business—while collaborating closely with an established international team.

You’ll lead consulting engagements focused on strategy and operating model topics across the drug lifecycle, partnering with senior stakeholders in global pharma and biotech as well as innovative emerging companies.

• Lead client engagements end-to-end: framing problems, guiding analysis, and delivering high-impact recommendations

• Advise senior stakeholders on asset-level strategy (portfolio/indication thinking, evidence strategy, decision‑making frameworks, etc.)

• Design and support implementation of operating models (structures, governance, processes, cross‑functional ways of working)

• Apply pragmatic change management
  : stakeholder alignment, impact assessment, adoption planning

• Manage project delivery: scope, timelines, quality, and day‑to‑day client relationships

• Contribute to business development
  : identifying opportunities, supporting proposals, strengthening local networks in the Swiss life sciences ecosystem

• Work closely with colleagues across Europe in a collaborative, “one team” model

• Build something early‑stage in Switzerland with real autonomy and visibility

• High‑impact work spanning medical affairs, clinical development, commercial and cross‑functional decision making

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharma sciences, or related (advanced degree preferred
  : MBA / MSc / MPharm / PhD)

• Typically 4+ years’ experience in life sciences consulting
  , strategy consulting, or within pharma/biotech (relevant in‑house experience welcomed)

• Strong understanding of asset strategy and the pharma value chain

• Hands‑on experience with operating model design and implementation (org structures, governance, processes, cross‑functional working)

• Comfortable leading projects/work streams with accountability for delivery and client management

• Highly analytical, structured problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguity

• Confident communicator (written and verbal), able to influence senior stakeholders

• MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Outlook)

• Fluent English required;
  German a plus

• Must be eligible to work in Switzerland
