• Lead projects and coordinate crews to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Manage materials, vendor communications, and client check-ins to maintain client satisfaction.
• Handle day-to-day operations: schedule installation crews, oversee change orders, and monitor project budgets.
• Address unexpected issues (e.g., material delays, customer concerns) and work with the team to resolve them promptly.
• Perform daily planning, review progress reports, and prepare for the next day to ensure smooth operations.
• Relocate to Franchise Location if not currently local (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).

• Construction
  
  Experience:
  
  3+ years of contractor-verified experience in residential construction, ideal for siding and renovation.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Leadership and Organizational
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to recruit and manage installation crews, coordinate with vendors, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-Centric Approach:
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and manage client relationships.
• Tech-savvy:
  Comfortable using software to manage project schedules, generate reports, and track client interactions.
• Problem-solving:
  Able to handle unexpected challenges and provide practical solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and on-site management.
• Must be able to relocate to Franchise Location (if not currently local).
