Overview
Summary: The Treasury Management Region Sales Manager manages a team of Sales Advisors, Sales Specialists and Team Leaders (depending on size of market) within a region.
Responsibilities- Works with Treasury Management Sales Leadership in the development of a sales strategy for the respective region of responsibility while ensuring the execution of the strategies.
- Leads, mentors and communicates direction and group strategy to the Treasury Management Team Leaders, Sales Advisors and Sales Analysts to meet established Treasury Management goals, while pursuing aggressive sales growth.
- Interacts with various senior leaders internally and externally.
- Internally acts as champion and liaison for coordinating activities with the Market Presidents and with senior executives across Huntington Bank.
- Externally develops executive-level relationships with target groups of segment clients and COIs, and represents Huntington in industry groups related to Treasury Management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 10+ years of banking/sales experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales and service goals
- Experience managing complex customer relationships
- Product knowledge

Compensation Range$125,000 - $255,000 Annual Salary. The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
