Position Overview

Over the next 25 years, the United States is expected to experience an extraordinary wealth transfer, with an estimated $84 trillion being passed from one generation to the next by 2045. This newly created role of Vice President of Investment Relations & Engagement is a strategic leadership position created to assist NCF in serving this wealth transfer well.

This role serves as the primary champion between NCF’s national Investments team and the nationwide network of local offices, financial advisors, and givers. It combines investment knowledge, training ability, and relationship skills to ensure clear understanding of NCF’s investment strategy, pools, and features. The individual in this position drives unified communication, equips the field to articulate NCF’s offerings with confidence, and strengthens engagement and trust across the network.

The ideal candidate brings credibility and clarity, able to communicate investment concepts to experts and those less familiar. This role serves as the face of NCF’s investment program under the direction of Investments leadership, providing expertise through in-person meetings with advisors and givers, and delivering training and presentations for local office teams. A passion for continuous learning, equipping others, and navigating both national and local contexts is essential.

This position reports to the Investments team while serving local offices as its primary customer. Success depends on strong partnerships with Network Relations, Marketing & Offerings, and local office teams to ensure aligned messaging and produce materials that build understanding and confidence in NCF’s investment offerings.

This is a distinct opportunity for a seasoned, mission-driven professional to lead in a faith-aligned, innovative organization that integrates investment excellence with biblical generosity.

This position is remote or hybrid and may allow for a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work depending on location. We prefer the candidate to be local to the greater Atlanta area, though we value flexibility and are open to a remote candidate who is located near an NCF office in one of the following states: AR, CO, FL, IL, KS, KY, MN, MO, NC, PA, SC, TN, or WI.
