Payroll Manager - 4 Day Remote for Local Candidates
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a non-profit in DC that is focused on providing food to those in need.
- Due to a vacancy, they are hiring a Payroll Manager to work 4 days remote, 1 day in office (Tuesdays). Laptop is provided.
- Schedule:
M-F, 40 hours a week - Duration: contract-to-hire, depending on performance, fit, and needs of the business
- Metro Accessible:
McPherson Square - Pay: $40-45/hr.
Overview of the Payroll Manager role:
- Full-cycle payroll:
- Biweekly
- Multistate
- Hourly/Salary employees
- 250 employees
- Understanding of state taxes and unemployment reimbursable taxes
- Payroll Reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications for the Payroll Manager:
- 5+ years of Payroll Manager experience
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must and Blackbaud Financial Edge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
