As a Remote Entrepreneur/Leader, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to provide financial security to families through life insurance. Your mission will involve leading a team of dedicated agents, fostering a positive and productive environment, and driving their success by developing their skills and encouraging their growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a remote team of agents, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support needed to thrive in their roles.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' understanding of products and effective sales techniques.
  • Establish performance metrics, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to drive team success.
  • Create a motivating and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Work closely with upper management to align team goals with broader company objectives and initiatives.
  • Celebrate team successes and recognize individual contributions to foster high morale and engagement.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a sales or insurance environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for motivating and guiding team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess team performance and implement effective strategies for improvement.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development.
  • Current Life Insurance License is required (candidates may be considered without a license, but must obtain one within 60 days of hire).
  • Experience with remote work and virtual team management is a plus.
