• Identify and implement tools and learning methods to enhance participant engagement
• Partner with stakeholders to drive training completion and assess effectiveness
• Develop processes to utilize training metrics for program enhancements
• Create clear and actionable training content for diverse audiences

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ethics & compliance, human resources, or a related field
• Significant expertise in instructional design and modern training delivery methods
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics tools
• Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Demonstrated experience in promoting a culture of ethics and integrity
• Familiarity with compliance training best practices and emerging risks
