Accountabilities
Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate
Manage a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans for tax-exempt entities
Prioritize and execute workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment
Provide superior client service and consultations on plan operation and design
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure an excellent client experience
Adhere to company policies and procedures in all work performed
Communicate pro-actively with clients and advisors regarding industry developments
Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
Requirements
Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
Strong knowledge of non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500
Relevant industry designation preferred
Four-year college degree preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
High level of critical thinking
Commitment to lifelong learning and coaching
