• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely and within-scope delivery of complex customer solutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to define technical solutions and delivery requirements tailored to customer needs
• Create individualized project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource coordination
• Deliver training or coordinate training sessions for customer teams, ensuring readiness for use
• Monitor implementation progress, proactively mitigating risks and adjusting plans to maintain customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum 2 years of implementation project management experience
• Ability to reside in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, or Utah
• Valid driver’s license may be required for customer site visits

• Working knowledge of computer systems and web-based applications
• Familiarity with communication technologies (e.g., cellular, Bluetooth, wireless, Computer Aided Dispatch)
