• Strategically lead territory management, including portfolio steering and cross-functional team alignment

• Develop and implement strategies to meet personal lines budgets and member needs

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven track record of using data to drive action and results
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• 5+ years of experience managing people and leading product management teams
• Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative and psychologically safe environment
• Experience in shaping company culture through mentorship and community involvement
