The role involves direct liaison with clients and various internal departments, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills. This remote position also offers the chance to utilize and develop a broad skill set in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Accountabilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closeout.
- Manage job budgets and actively oversee cash flow and project profitability.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments.
- Coordinate technical requirements and deliverables between teams.
- Negotiate change orders and expanded job scopes with clients.
- Assign job tasks and coordinate third-party subcontractors.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety as a personal core value.
- Interface with accounting on paperwork and project financials.
- Perform special projects as requested by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years in electrical project management, particularly with industrial control systems.
- Highly proficient in MS Business Central, Word, Project, Excel, Outlook.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work safely and contribute to a safety-focused team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- A highly energetic self-starter who can manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated commitment to honesty and reliability.
