JobPosition Description
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, manage production operations, ensuring jobs are completed according to Puro Clean® production processes and procedures. Manage all aspects of Franchise production. Keep owner or General Manager updated on production. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer complaints.
Production processes are performed according to guidelines. Documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Production costs are maintained at the established rate. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Production division annual initiatives are completed effectively.

Responsibilities Job Coordination & Scheduling- Receive and process new loss assignments (water, fire, mold)
- Schedule mitigation crews, inspections, and follow-up visits
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors as needed
- Track job progress and deadlines
- Act as primary point of contact for homeowners
- Communicate job status, expectations, and timelines
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators (TPAs)
- Handle documentation requests and approvals
- Maintain accurate job files and notes
- Upload photos, moisture readings, and reports
- Assist with estimate preparation and document review
- Use restoration software such as:
- Xactimate
- DASH, Encircle, or similar platforms
- CRM/job management systems
- Verify work authorizations and contracts are signed
- Assist with invoice submission and payment tracking
- Ensure compliance with insurance and IICRC standards
- Support QA/QC processes
- Support project managers, crew chiefs, and estimators
- Monitor workload and help resolve scheduling conflicts
- Assist with emergency after-hours coordination (as required)
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in property restoration, construction coordination, or insurance claims support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Working knowledge of water/fire/mold restoration processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate and insurance estimating
- Familiarity with IICRC standards (WRT, ASD, FSRT a plus)
- Experience working with insurance adjusters and TPAs
