This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Maintenance Manager based in the NYC Metro area with an option to work from home on certain occasions. The Regional Maintenance Manager will oversee maintenance operations, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure efficient management of equipment and resources. Responsibilities also include supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing repairs, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain smooth and effective facility operations.

• Proven Supervisory Skills including leadership, team management, and staff development
• Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to sustain optimal operations
• Strong capabilities in Maintenance Management for overseeing multiple facilities or systems
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair work to address issues and improve operational efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with travel within the New York City and surrounding region
• Experience in budgeting and resource allocation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related
