Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Leadership Development Coach located in New Delhi. The Specialist will sell and deliver LMI programs to clients and will manage program logistics and administration. They will also provide coaching and support to program participants throughout their development initiatives. This hybrid role provides some flexibility for remote work.

Freshers or people with less than 15 years of experience will NOT be considered.

Qualifications

Training and development, Coaching, and Leadership Development skills
Experience in Program Management and Training
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
A positive, solution-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed
Bachelor's degree and above
Entrepreneurial spirit
Possess a good network of decision-makers
Relevant qualifications that would be beneficial include Experience delivering training and coaching in a corporate setting, and Certifications in leadership development or coaching and in Business Development.
