Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and managing risks, while also supporting security risk initiatives that align with organizational objectives.

• Conduct risk interviews and perform detailed risk assessments across various categories.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management activities by contributing to planning and monitoring mitigation progress.
• Advise on risk treatment plans, collaborating with stakeholders for effective mitigation.
• Coordinate security risk assessments and maintain alignment with the ERM process.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly risk reports to senior executive leadership.
• Foster a risk-aware culture by promoting open dialogue around risk management.
• Collaborate across all departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
• Stay current with industry standards in risk management best practices.
• Coordinate with GRC during internal and external audits, ensuring timely responses.
• Develop and deliver training related to governance and risk management.

• Minimum of 5 years in Enterprise Risk Management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of strategic risk management and industry frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards.
• Proven ability to create a culture of openness in risk management.
• Practical experience in preparing audit evidence and tracking corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
