Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically lead territory management, including portfolio steering and cross-functional team alignment
• Drive strategy for state-specific needs, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets, addressing membership needs
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including distribution partners and regulatory bodies
• Utilize data to inspire action and support profitable growth within the defined region

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven track record of using data to drive decision-making
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience in managing people and leading product management teams

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• Experience in varied and complex markets within the P&C insurance industry
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive and collaborative work environment
• Familiarity with change management concepts and practices
