Home Forward is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support The Cesar Apartments. The Assistant Property Manager coordinates and performs property management duties designed to ensure maximum occupancy, successful residency, program compliance, and resident self-sufficiency.

Compensation starts at $33.16 per hour;

Qualifications- Three years of increasingly responsible affordable housing, property management, or social service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in real estate, business, property management, or a related field preferred.
