As head of Automation within Payments this role provides strategic leadership, business, and technical expertise on a variety of transformational efforts through intelligent automation. This role is responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, including identification of opportunities, coordination across the team and ensuring end results of meeting delivery dates and budget.
As a people leader this role is responsible to ensure the team has the tools, resources and skills needed to meet theirs and their teams' goals.
Responsible for the overall operational performance of assigned area or business line. Develops group-wide business plans; makes policies and ensures compliance; handles personnel matters; evaluates and improves operational methods and strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and/or control; ensures and manages sufficient technological resources; and acts as liaison to other internal and external groups.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight or more years of banking or other relevant experience
- Three or more years of management experience

- Knowledge of unit(s) and relation to industry
