• Lead and manage a portfolio for personal lines insurance, driving strategy and business results
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners including internal teams and regulatory bodies
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve personal lines budgets while addressing membership needs
• Use data to inform decisions and inspire action towards profitable growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver competitive products and manage the product lifecycle

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 10 years of related work experience, with at least 5 years managing personal lines insurance products
• Proven leadership experience in shaping company culture and managing teams
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, and product management

• MBA strongly preferred
• CPCU certification or actuarial designation (ACAS, FCAS)
• Experience leading product management teams or related functions for 3+ years
• Demonstrated ability to create an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment
• Experience advocating for employee engagement and involvement in company culture initiatives
