Overview

Sound Credit Union is seeking a Communications & Culture Manager to join our team. Your Compensation: Our pay ranges are designed to accommodate candidates with various levels of skill and experience and to provide room for growth. The target salary range for this position is $107,200 - $134,000, depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $107,200 - $160,800.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic design and execution of internal communications that connect employees to the organization s strategy, values, and priorities.
  • Design and implement change management plans for major organizational initiatives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of strategies that enhance employee experience throughout the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Requirements
  • 3+ years  experience in member experience, internal communications, culture or HR-related role required.
  • Management or demonstrated experience in a leadership position required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
In addition
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
Hours

Hybrid schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be needed as business needs dictate. This position works 40+ hours per week. You may have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
